izole Medial Subtalar Joint Dislocation: Case Report and Literature Review
Özet
Subtalar joint dislocations are among the hardest injuries as they need through treatment management. It is crucial to make neurovasculary examination before and after joint reduction. Phsical examination and x rays are enough for diagnosis. These injuries are rather rare injuries and any misdiagnosis or any failure in treatment can result in permanent disability. A forty three year old man presented emergency room with right ankle pain and limited joint motion which occured after a high ground fall. His ankle was deformated and swollen. After patient diagnosed with isolated medial subtalar dislocation, his ankle was closely reducted and protected in a cast. He was treated conservatively without any complications.
