Revised checklist of Turkish Agromyzidae (Diptera) fauna of Turkey

Abstract

This study was carried out in the years of 2007 and 2008 in some provinces of Turkey. Specimens of leafminers were collected on cultured and non-cultured plants during 1 year In this study, 29 new records belonging to 7 genera were found for the Turkish fauna With this study, the number of leafminer species, which was 136 previously, has been updated to 165 species
