Etnocoğrafya Perspektifinden Bulgaristan Romanları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada komşumuz Bulgaristan’da yer alan Roman (Çingene) etnosunun ulusal sınırlar içindeki coğrafi dağılışı, sosyo-kültürel özellikleri, demografik yapısı ve tarihsel serüveni irdelendiği gibi, bu etnosa Bulgar halkı ile Bulgaristan medyasının bakış açısı ve etnik algılaması da tartışılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada Roman (Çingene) etnosunun eğitim, sağlık, kültürel, sosyal ve ekonomik sorunlarına ışık tutulduğu gibi bu sorunların nasıl ortaya çıktığı ve nasıl çözümlenmesi gerektiği de tartışılmıştır. Bulgaristan etnocoğrafyasında Romanlar bir etnik kimlik ve kültürel zenginlik oluşturdukları gibi bir sorunlar yumağı da oluşturmuşlardır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada Roman etnosunun Bulgaristan açısından avantaj ve dezavantajları irdelendiği gibi bu etnosun neden ve nasıl Bulgaristan’ın öncelikli sorunsallarından birine dönüştüğüne de yanıt aranmıştır.

In this study, it has not only been researched geographical distribution, social-cultural characteristics, demographical structure and historical adventure within national borders of Roman (Gipsy) ethno present in Bulgaria but also discussed perspective of Bulgarian nation and Bulgarian to this ethno and their ethnic understanding. Furthermore, in this study, it has been also discussed how the problems have come forward and required to be solved such as researching education, health, cultural, social and economical problems of Roman (Gipsy) ethno. Romans have both formed an ethnic and cultural richness and built up the problems in Bulgaria& #8217; s ethonogeography. As a consequence, in this study, it has not only been researched advantages and disadvantages of Roman ethno from the point of Bulgaria but also looked for an answer how and why this ethno has become one of indispensable problems of Bulgaria.
