Transvers Kolon Adenokarsinomuna Bağlı Gelişen Gastrokolik Fistül: Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Gastrokolik fistüller gastrointestinal sistem kanserlerinin nadir komplikasyonlarından birisidir. Bu durum malign proçeslere bağlı gelişebildiği gibi, peptik ülser, crohn hastalığı gibi patolojilere de eşlik edebilir. Malignite görülen hastalarda en sık fistül gelişimi transvers kolon distalindeki ve/veya splenik kolon komşuluğundaki kanserlerde görülmektedir; bu durumun insidansı ise %0.3-0.4 arasında olabilir. Bu yazıda kolon kanserine bağlı gelişen ve distal subtotal gastrektomi, subtotal kolektomi, ileosigmoidal anastomoz, gastrojejenostomi, jejunojejenostomi uygulan bir gastrokolik fistül olgusu sunulmuştur.
