Türkiye'de Sağlık Yönetimi Disiplininde Yürütülen Tezlerin Bibliyometrik Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Sağlık Yönetimi disiplininde yürütülen tezlerin genel özelliklerinin ve geçmişten günümüze değişimlerinin tespit edilmesidir. Araştırmanın evreni, 1978'den 2017'ye kadar Yüksek Öğretim Kurumunun (YÖK) tez sistemine yüklenen Sağlık Hizmetleri Yönetimi, Sağlık Kurumları İşletmeciliği, Sağlık Kurumları İşletmeciliği ve Yöneticiliği, Sağlık Kurumları Yöneticiliği, Sağlık Kurumları Yönetimi ve Sağlık Yönetimi Ana Bilim Dallarında yürütülen ulusal tezlerden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde bibliyometrik analizden yararlanılmış olup tez türü, tezin yapıldığı üniversite, yıl, danışman, enstitü, ana bilim dalı (ABD), ana konu, araştırma tasarımı, veri toplama yöntemi, analiz birimi ve evreni oluşturan il temel değişkenler olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre tezlerin büyük çoğunluğunu yüksek lisans tezleri oluşturmaktadır. En fazla tez Hacettepe Üniversitesinde, enstitü bağlamında Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsünde ve bölüm olarak en çok Sağlık Yönetimi ABD’da yapılmıştır. Yıllar bakımından en fazla tezin 2016 yılında yazıldığı, en çok çalışılan ana konunun örgütsel davranış olduğu, çalışmalarda genellikle kantitatif yöntemlerin benimsendiği ve verilerin daha çok anketler aracılığı ile elde edildiği bulunmuştur. Tezlerin araştırmaya yönelik gerçekleştirildiği ve örneklemin en fazla birim ve meslek gözetmeksizin tüm çalışanlardan oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir. Evren tespitinde en çok tercih edilen il Ankara olmuştur. Yıllara göre ana konu farklılıklarına ilişkin karşılaştırma yapıldığında 2000’li yıllardan sonra örgütsel davranış alanına yönelimin arttığı görülmüştür.

The aim of this study is to determine the general characteristics of theses carried out in the discipline of Health Management and their changes from past to today. The universe of the study consist national theses taking part in the thesis system of the Council of Higher Education in Turkey (YOK) from 1978 to 2017 carried out in the departments of Health Services Management, Health Institutions Administration, Health Institutions Administration and Management, Health Institutions Management, Management of Health Care Organizations and Health Management. Bibliometric analysis was used for the meaning of the data, and the type of thesis, university, year, consultant, institute, department, main subject, design of research, data collection method, research type, analysis unit and province that constitute the universe were evaluated as the main variables. The majority of the theses are master thesis. Most of the theses were done at Hacettepe University; in the context of institute most in Institute of Health Sciences and most in department of Health Management. It is found that most of the theses written in 2016, the most studied main subject is organizational behavior, generally the quantitative methods are adopted in the studies and the data were obtained mostly through the questionnaires. It has been determined that the theses are carried out for research purposes and the sample is composed mostly of employees without regard to unit and title. The most preferred province in determining the universe is Ankara. When comparing the main subject differences according to years, it has been found that the trend towards organizational behavior began to increase after 2000s.
