dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to examine potential barriers to the implementation of strategic decisions in hotels located in Antalya, Turkey. Empirical data were collected from questionnaires given to managers from three-, four-, and five-star hotels in Antalya. By analyzing the data from the questionnaires, researchers identified the most and least important barriers related to hotel performance and operation time, and extracted seven factors driving the implementation of strategic decisions. The research findings reveal significant relationships between specific factors and performance indicators. This article provides specific theoretical and practical implications of the research, the limitations of the study, and potential areas for future research. | en_US |
