| dc.description.abstract | Splenogonadal fusion, which can be clinically confused with testicular neoplasms as they present with testicular swelling, is a rare abnormality in young adults. Intraoperative frozen section analysis can be helpful in diagnosing such cases and preventing unnecessary orchiectomies.
