| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to determine the food safety and quality practices on dairy farms that are located in Izmir province. By means of a survey in. which dairy farmers responded to a special questionnaire, data were collected from 103 dairy fanners. Chi-square (Test of Independence), Variance (one-way ANOVA) and Kruskall Wallis Test were used to analyze the data. The 5-point Liken scale was used in measuring problems raised in dairy fanning about food safety and quality practices and proposed solutions for problems from farmers. | en_US |
