dc.description.abstractAdsorbents are thought to be the most effective method for recovering the low concentrations of uranium from the wastewater. Here we will synthesize the interpenetrating polymer networks (IPN) based on acrylonitrile (AN) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) and using its adsorptive ability for removing uranium from aqueous systems. It was found that the polymeric adsorbent has very high-adsorption ability for uranium and can be used in adsorption studies to remove uranium from wastewater. It is to remove uranium and other radioactive elements in their Source before mingling to the groundwater. The coal power plants release ashes and they are deposited on the Surroundings. Leaching of ash samples to remove toxic, heavy, and radioactive elements before their mingling to the groundwater is studied.en_US
