Ticaret ve Turizm Eğitim Fakültesinde Uygulanan Okul deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Derslerine Yönelik Öğretmen ve Öğretim Elemanı Görüşleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bir öğretmenin yetiştirilmesinde en önemli aşamalardan birisi de alan deneyimidir. Öğretmen adayı bu deneyimi en verimli şekilde, öğrendiği bilgile­ri uygulama okullarında öğrencilere aktararak kazanacaktır. Ticaret ve turizm meslek dersi öğretmen adaylarına, henüz öğrencilik yıllarında "Okul Deneyimi I", "Okul Deneyimi II" ve "Öğretmenlik Uygulaması" dersleri ile alan deneyimi kazandırılmaya çalışılmaktadır. Bunlardan "Okul Deneyimi I" dersi, birinci sı­nıfın ikinci yarıyılında yer alan, yalnızca gözleme dayalı yürütülen derstir. "Okul Deneyimi II" ve "Öğretmenlik Uygulaması" dersleri ise yalnızca gözleme dayalı olmayıp, ticaret ve turizm meslek dersi öğretmen adaylarının aktif olarak öğretimin içerisinde yer aldıkları derslerdir. Bu çalışmada Gazi Üniversitesi Ti­caret ve Turizm Eğitim Fakültesi'nde yürütülmekte olan "Okul Deneyimi I", "Okul Deneyimi II" ve "Öğretmenlik Uygulaması" dersleri ile ilgili olarak, fa­kültede bu dersleri yürüten öğretim elemanları ve uygulama okullarında bu dersleri yürüten öğretmenlerin görüşleri araştırılmıştır.

One of the most important phases of teacher training is the field expe­ rience. The candidate teacher will acquire this experience most productively through sharing what he / she learnt with students at application schools. The candidates of vocational commerce and tourism course teachers are prepared to gain the field experience through the courses of " school experience I" , " school experience II" and " teaching experience" . Among these courses, " school expe­ rience I" is a course based solely upon observation. " School experience II" , " teaching experience" are not only based on observation but also in this courses candidate teachers are actively involved in the teaching process together with the class teacher. This study reveals the opinions of lecturers at Faculty of Tourism and Commerce and class teachers at High Schools conducting the cour­ ses " school experience I" , " school experience II" and " teaching experience" .
