Kereste endüstrisinde işletmecilik

Abstract

Nüfusun hızla artmasına karşılık ormanlarımızın hızla azalıyor olması Orman Ürünleri Endüstri sektörü sorunlarının daha da büyümesine neden olmuştur. Artan nüfus karşısında hammadde odunun yetersizliği, standartlara uygun olmayışı ve verimli bir şekilde işlenememesi bu sorunlardan birkaçıdır. Hammadde odunun boyutsal özelliklerinin kullanım yerlerinin isteklerine göre ayarlanması daha verimli bir şekilde işlenebilmesi için gereklidir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye'deki Orman Ürünleri Endüstri Sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ve yıllık hammadde işleme kapasitesi 5000 m3 ve üstünde olan kereste işletmeleri ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Bu görüşmeler sırasında işletmelerin kullandığı tomrukların boyutsal özelliklerinin nasıl olması gerektiği, hangi boy ve çap sınıflarında yoğunlaşması gerektiği anket verilerinden sağlanan bilgilerle irdelenmiştir. Yapılan araştırmalar ve hesaplamalar sonucunda çalışmanın konusunu oluşturan işletmelerin ana sorunları belirlenmiş çözüm ve öneriler geliştirilmiş, işlemek istedikleri hammadde odunun boyutsal özellikleri ile ilgili standartlar oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır.

The fact that our forests are decreasing with speed, despite the increasing population, is the couse for the growing problems of the forest products industry sector. The inadequacy to standards and the fact tahat the raw material firewood more efficiently, a study related with its dimensional properties should be made. In this study, meetings were held with timber plants which are active in the forest industry sector in Turkey and of which the annual raw material firewood process capacity is 5000 m3 and above. As there was no possibility to examine the industry from all aspects, during this meetings, it was considered to be completed with other studies. As a result of the studies and calculations made, the main problems of the plants forming the subject of the study, could be determine; solution suggestions developed and standards related with dimensional properties of the raw material firewood requested to be processed, could be developed.
