| dc.description.abstract | u çalışmada farklı dozlardaki Kurşun Nitratın Arpa kök ucu hücreleri üzerine , sitogenetik etkileri çalışıldı. Arpa tohumları 0.5, 1.0 ve 5.0 mg/ml kurşun nitrat ihtiva eden çözelti ile 12, 24 ve 48 saat muamele edildi. Çimlenen tohumların kök ucu meristem hücreleri incelendi. Kurşun nitratin mitozu önemli derecede baskıladığı doz artışına bağlı olarak kromozomal anormallikleri (köprü, geri kalmış kromozom, heterojen kromatin dağılımı, kromozom yapışması) artırdığı gözlendi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the cytogenetic effects of Lead Nitrate on the mitotic chromosome of barley were studied at different concentrations. The seeds were treated with 0.5, 1.0 and 5.0 mg/ml of the Lead Nitrate for 12, 24 and 48 hours. Root tip cells of seedling^ were investigated. It was found that, Lead Nitrate has a marked mitodepressive action on mitosis. Mitotic abnormalities (bridge, laggard chromosome, heterogen chromatin, chromosome stickness) were increased depending on the concentration of Lead Nitrate. | en_US |
