Müzik Eğitimicisi Yetiştiren Kurumlarda Orkestra/Oda Müziği Eğitimi Etkinlik Sürecinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Dünya üzerinde var olan toplumları birbirine bağlayan ve farklı desenleri ile çeşitlendiren en önemli unsurlardan birisi kültürdür. Kültür geçmişten günümüze toplumların yaşamlarıyla yoğrulan, geleneklerin, ahlaki değerlerin ve toplumsal yaşanmışlıkların bir bütünü ve süzülerek gelen özüdür. Her toplumun kendine özgü ahlaki değerleri, yaşam kriterleri ve gelenekleri olduğu gibi her toplumun benimsediği ve tüm toplumlar tarafından katkılarla oluşturulan genel bir kültür anlayışı da geçmişten günümüze yer almaktadır. Eğitim; bilim, teknik ve sanatın her üçünü de kapsayan bir içerik taşıyorsa, bireyleri ve toplumları biçimlendirme, yönlendirme, değiştirme, geliştirme ve yetkinleştirmede en etkili süreç niteliğini kazanır. Sanat eğitimi bu amaca dönük eğitim sürecinin üç ana boyutundan, üç ana bileşeninden biridir. Müzik eğitimi sürecinde bireysel çalgı eğitiminde edinilen davranışlar toplu çalgı eğitiminde geliştirilmekte, ilerletilmekte ve uygulamaya dönük ivme kazanmaktadır. Orkestra/oda müziği eğitimi, bireysel çalgı eğitiminde kazanılan davranışların toplu çalma yoluyla geliştirilmesi, değiştirilmesi, dönüştürülmesi olarak da tanımlanabilir. Bu araştırma, nitel ve nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmaya veri sağlamak amacıyla yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Eğitim Fakültelerine bağlı Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü, Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dallarındaki orkestra/oda müziği ve bireysel çalgı eğitimi derslerini yürütmüş/yürütmekte olan öğretim elemanları ve ilgili dersi alan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Altı Üniversitenin Eğitim Fakültelerine bağlı Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü, Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim Dallarındaki ilgili öğretim elemanları ve adı geçen dersin öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubunda yer alan üniversitelerin ilgili Anabilim dallarında orkestra/oda müziği ve bireysel çalgı eğitimi derslerini yürütmüş/yürütmekte olan öğretim elemanlarıyla görüşme gerçekleştirilmiş, Orkestra/oda müziği dersini alan öğrencilere anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın problemine cevap aramaya yönelik geliştirilen yapılandırılmış görüşme formu çözümlenerek elde edilen bulgular araştırma kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Öğrencilere uygulanan anketin yüzde ve frekans değerleri çözümlenmiş, elde edilen veriler araştırmanın bulgularına ışık tutmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda müzik eğitimcisi yetiştiren kurumlardaki orkestra/oda müziği eğitimi etkinlik süreci hazırlama, etkinlik öncesi süreç ürün sergileme ve etkinlik sonrası dönütlere yönelik veriler tespit edilmiş ve konuya ilişkin öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Each society has its own moral values, life and traditions of each society as well as the criteria adopted and contributed by all the communities created with a sense of a general culture from the past to the present. Education; Science, technical and art covering all three if individuals and communities, content formatting, routing, switching, and control the most effective process to develop the nature. Art education facing the training process for this purpose because the three main size is one of the three main components. Individual instruments in the process of training in musical education acquired behaviors developed in education by public instrument, transmitted and application-oriented gaining momentum. Individual instrument Orchestra/Chamber music training, training development through collective of conduct gained at playback, changing, transforming. This research, qualitative and quantitative research methods to use descriptive. Configured to provide data to the survey interview form and questionnaire has been applied. The research universe, depending on the Education Faculties of Fine Arts Department, Music Education Department’s Orchestra/Chamber music and individual instrument training courses carried out/conducts instructors and students taking about. The sample of the survey depends on the University's Department of Fine Arts Education Faculties of six, Music Education Department faculty members and about constitute the said course. Suppliers of the universities in the sample group in the Department of orchestral/Chamber music and individual instrument training courses conducted/implemented the Faculty interview form conducting, Orchestral/Chamber music students survey was implemented a lesson. Look for the answer to the issue of the research developed structured interview form for analyzing findings from research have been assessed within the scope. The students are resolved using the survey statistics programs are implemented, the resulting data has shed light on the research findings. As a result of the research, music educator-breeding institutions Orchestra/Chamber music training activity preparation, proactive process product merchandising and process activity data were identified for the post feedback and developed recommendations on the subject.
