Cengiz Aytmatov’un “Beyaz Gemi” Adlı Romanına Göstergebilimsel Bir Yaklaşım

Abstract

Göstergebilim, en genel tanımıyla, göstergeleri ve gösterge dizgelerini ele alan bir disiplindir. Göstergebilimsel inceleme, yaygın bir çözümleme işlemi olarak, içerisinde farklı anlayışları barındırır. Bunlardan birisi de A. J. Greimas’ın eyleyenler örnekçesidir. Greimas’ın yazın göstergebilimi için oldukça önemli olan tasarısı, incelememizin yöntemi olmuştur. Bu yöntem ile Cengiz Aytmatov’un “Beyaz Gemi” adlı romanının incelenmesi çalışmamızın amacını teşkil etmektedir. Çalışmamızda Cengiz Aytmatov’un “Beyaz Gemi” adlı romanın önce kesitlemeleri yapılmış ve bu çerçevede her kesitin kendi eyleyenler ilişkisi gösterilmiştir. Anlatı için oldukça önemli bir oluntu konumunda olan “Maral Ana” söylencesi de bu ilişki çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Kesitleme ve eyleyenler ilişkisinin tespitinden sonra da hem Maral Ana’nın hem de Çocuk’un anlatı içindeki temel dönüşümleri göstergebilimsel dörtgen üzerinden gösterilmiştir. Çalışmamızın sonuç bölümünde ise “Beyaz Gemi” anlatısının yapısı üzerinde durulmuş ve bu incelemede elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar maddeler halinde sunulmuştur.

In most general sense, semiotics considers signs and sign systems. Semiotic analysis considers different approaches as a common analysis method. One of these approaches is actant model of A.J.Greimas. This important model of Greimas for semiotics is our analysis method. This method is the basis for investigation of “White Ship” novel of Cengiz Aytmatov. In our study, “White Ship” novel of Cengiz Aytmatov was sectioned and actant relationship in all section were presented. “Maral Ana” legend that is an important event in the narrative was considered from this perspective. After determining the relationship between sections and actant, fundamental changes of Maral Ana and the Child were presented from semiotic rectangular. The result section of this study considered structure of “White Ship” narrative and analysed items were presented.
