Hemşirelik Araştırmalarında Gömülü Teori Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Bireyi merkeze alan hemşirelik biliminin tarihsel gelişimi süresince yorumsamacı önermelere gereksinim duyulmuştur. Bu önerme doğrultusunda bireyin içinde bulunduğu dünya “gözlemlemek ve açıklamak”tan çok, “anlamak ve yorumlamak”la kavranabilir. Yorumsamacı bir yaklaşım da nitel araştırmalarla sağlanabilmektedir. Nitel araştırma dünyayı görünür kılan bir dizi yorumlayıcı ve somut uygulamalardan oluşmaktadır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden kuram oluşturma yaklaşımı, araştırılan konuyu bütün gerçekliği ile incelemek için yalnızca veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Hemşirelik araştırmalarında giderek artan düzeyde gömülü teori kullanımı, klinik uygulamaların gerçekliğinde geliştirilen gömülü teoriler ile bu teorilerin hemşireliğe uygun bir araç olarak geliştirilmesini sağlar. Bu çalışmada, gömülü teori yaklaşımının hemşire araştırmacılar tarafından kullanılabilmesi için analizi yapılmaktadır.

Hermeneutical propositions have been needed during the historical development process of the patient-centered science of nursing. An interpretivist approach can also be achieved through qualitative researches. The qualitative research consists of a series of interpretivist and concrete applications that make the world visible. The Grounded Theory approach that is one of the qualitative research methods has been only used as a data collection tool so as to examine the subject investigated. with its entire reality The use of the Grounded Theory that is increasingly used in the nursing researches enables the theories to be developed as a tool in accordance with the nursing with the grounded theories developed in the reality of the clinical applications. In this study, the grounded theory approach is analyzed so as to be used by the nurse researchers.
