1980 Dönüşümünün İhracat ve İthalat Üzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 1980'den sonra takip edilen ihracat ve ithalat politikaları incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca kambiyo rejimindeki değişiklikler de söz konusu açıklamalarımızın içinde yer almıştır. İhracatın ithalatı karşılama oranındaki gelişmeler de yıllar itibariyle incelenerek söz konusu orandaki değişmeler tahlil edilmiştir. Türkiye'nin istenilen düzeyde ihracat yapması ve söz konusu düzeyi koruyabilmesi için; üretim aşamasında belirli önlemlerin alması gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır. Yani ihracat artışında çözümü üretim aşamasında aramak gerekmektedir.

In this work the ways of importing and exporting policies after 1980 are tried to br searched Besides, the changes in exchange regulation took part (in question) in this statement. The developments in the range of covering of export to import have been analysed by searching the changes according to the years . In order to have the exporting in desired range and protect this level, Turkey should take some precautions.That's to say , the solution for the increase of exporting should be sought in production stage.
