Amniyon Sıvı Embolisi Nedenli Bir Ölüm Olgusu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; doğuma giderken ani solunum sıkıntısı ile başlayıp hızlı gelişen bir klinik tablo ile beklenme- dik bir şekilde doğumdan hemen sonra ölen 36 yaşın- da, miyadında gebe olgu otopsi bulguları ile birlikte sunulmuştur. Amniyon sıvı embolisinin postmortem bulguları ve adli tıptaki önemi tartışılmış, nadir gö- rülen ve tıbbi ihmal/hata iddialarına neden olan bu ölüm nedenine dikkat çekilmek istenmiştir.

In this study; a 36-year-old pregnant woman who died immediately after delivery due to a rapid clinical course that started with sudden respiratory distress on her way to labor was presented with autopsy findings. The postmortem findings of amnion fluid embolism and its importance in forensic medicine were discussed, and it was sought to draw attention to the cause of death which is rarely seen and causes medical negligence.
